QUALITY GUARANTEE
QUESTIONERS
- We put the accent on the individual approach by working with our questioners – our coordinator knows each questioner in terrain personally and he keeps in touch with him continually during the entire process
- All the questioners are systematically educated on regular trainings in coordination regions - within the training we emphasize compliance with the ethics code principles concerning treating with respondents in the terrain
- We register the quality of questioners work in Evita software system – questioners record
CHECKING SYSTEM
- Question-forms filled in by our questioners go through a several-phase checking
- Checking system in our company is on a higher level than Codex Esomar checking standards that we are subject to
- Data are checked from the point of comprehensiveness, objective accuracy, meeting quote settings (demographic, geographic), screening conditions and logical continuity
- We check correct course of telephone calls by auditing them as well
DATA PROCESSING
- Data are processed by separate teams focusing on branch, activity, client
- We are being educated permanently in all the marketing research areas (software, methods, forms of implementation)
- We introduce in practice new ideas and procedures for maximal benefit for client
- We systematically monitor all the activities of our clientele as well as the surrounding in which they operate
- We treat every client individually - any changes, expanding of client’s activity and requests for product portfolio changes are worked up immediately
- Concerning data processing we use worldwide respected statistic software and we also constantly develop our own made-to-measure designed software for analyzing of quantitative projects without input file size limitation and at the same time with the possibility of any output analysis
- We work with models above standard for special analysis, e.g. conjoint analysis, econometric models, polyfactor cluster analysis etc.
ANONYMITY GUARANTEE
As members of ESOMAR (European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research) that associates research agencies (4000 members from more than 100 countries all around the world), we undertake to keep all the rules mentioned in International Codex of research standards. Those rules are simply as follows:
GENERAL RULES
- market research and social research must be performed properly, objectively, without forcing respondent and without any damage to him
- market research and social research are based on public voluntary cooperation
- protection of intimate data must be provided
- personal or private information obtained during the research will not be made available to anybody without respondent’s permission
RESPONDENT ANONYMITY
- respondent anonymity (except some cases) must be preserved
- any information that could be used for direct or indirect respondent identification must not be given to persons out of organization making research
- group of persons working with this kind of information must faithfully commit to use them exclusively for research
- exceptions are tolerable only for respondent so that the identity of respondent and purpose of stating his name could be clarified and so that he could agree in writing with stating his name
- all the steps must be taken not to sustain a damage for respondent (or people close to him) as well as not to get into difficulties in consequence of interview
