Data Servis - informace s.r.o. /Limited Liability Company/ belongs among important research and advisory companies with a field of action with the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. We have been working for more than 10 years within the field of research and we put emphasis on long term cooperation with clients as well as on mutual growth.

Our company is a part of alliance group DATAgroup, which has experienced the history of 11 years. . Each of the companies is specialised specifically and the marketing processes and activities within the territory of the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Poland are our common denominator.

We are professional consultants of POPAI (Point of Purchase Advertising International). POPAI helps its members to take the advantage of advertising at the place of sale efficiently. It is represented by almost 2 000 members all over the world.

WHAT WE HAVE AT OUR DISPOSAL

We have built our own professional network of workers for personal data collection within the territory of whole the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. We regularly secure their professional growth by the way of personal trainings in the coordinating regions. SW EVITA enables us to evaluate the quality of their work which is subject to strict supervisions which is true from the point of view of their reliability, successfulness, branch specialisation and so on.

We take the advantage of our own Call centrum /centre/ for phone researches and supervisions of other researches. We dispose of CATI in interconnection with the complete data base of fixed telephone lines and with the generator of mobile telephone numbers. We work with our own data bases of On trade and Public catering premises which are constantly up-to-dated. We have our own team of professional operators.

Concerning the data processing we use the worldwide reputable statistic software SPSS and other software for evaluation of quantitative projects in On Trade market without limitation of the size of input files and at the same time with a possibility of optional output analyses which software was made to our own needs.

Special data analyses – we use a whole number of special models and analyses, for example conjoint analysis, econometric models, cluster analysis and others for in-depth analysis of project.
